Q. How do I submit activities?
A: Option 1: - in upper right corner, click on your icon -> sign in to account -> click on profile -> scroll to "50 States Challenge" event - choose "Submit Virtual Results" link
A: Option 2: Click here to Submit Results Activities or click on the "Results" tab then "Submit Virtual Results" button. This method requires a few more steps than signing in with Option 1.
Q: Can I backlog activity miles that I forgot to log?
A: Yes, of course. You can backlog any miles that you competed on/after July 28, 2020. This is great for those tracking workouts that joined in on the fun late.
Q: Do I have to do the entire challenge with one activity type (Run, Bike, Swim, Walk, Hike, Wheel)?
A: Some will be a purest, some will challenge themselves just to conquer the distance, some will mix it up for fun. It is your challenge, conquer it your way!
Q: Do I have to be outside?
A: No, treadmills and indoor riding work too. Keep in mind if outside, to follow local guidelines.

A: Great question, it is the HONOR SYSTEM. Please log intentional miles.

A: July 28, 2020 is first day to log activities - last day to log activities is July 28, 2021
Q: What is an example of activities that can be submitted?
A: If you swim 1 mile, bike 10 miles, hike 2 miles your total activities will be 13 miles for that day. You can record activities separately they will count toward your overall total and overall total by activities.
